  • Q. Do you deliver to APO or FPO addresses?
  • A. Unlike most inkjet websites, we do deliver to APO/FPO. APO/FPO orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service. Orders will take one to two business days to process and should arrive within 5 to 7 working days to arrive. However, we cannot control the actual delivery time for APO/FPO orders. It may take 2-4 weeks at times.

  • Q. How do I get my order tracking number?
  • A. The tracking numbers for each shipped orders are automatically emailed after shipping. Alternatively, you can e mail us or call our customer service @ 800-533-9949.
  • Q. How long will it take after my order ships?
  • A. Ground Shipping may take from 3 to 6 business days. All our orders are shipped from our various warehouses throughout North America. You can always track your package on the carriers website we used to ship your order.
  • Q. Missing Items and Shipping Claims
  • A. gocomputersupplies.com will only accept claims up to 3 days after the package was delivered to your shipping
  • Q. My tracking number is not working. What should I do?
  • A. Sometimes a package gets separated from its order and does not get scanned by the shipper. Either way, give it a day or two to see if all the items on your order arrive. If you have not received your order in the time given or your tracking number doesn’t display any info in after 1 -2 days, please call the carrier (UPS). If you don’t get an answer contact our customer service and we'll be very happy to help you.
  • Q. What should I do if an item is delivered damaged?
  • A. If the item appears to have obvious damage by the shipping company, immediately tell the driver you do not want to receive this package or call the shipping company to submit a damaged shipment claim. If the damaged package was left or someone else signed for it, there is a grace period of 5 days to file the damage claim. Obtain a control number from the shipping company.
  • Q. What should I do if an item is missing from my order?
  • A. Check the amount of tracking numbers you should have received. Verify you have received all boxes and checked all packing material for small items. If you are still missing an item(s), email or call our customer service.
  • Q. When will my order ship?
  • A. We usually ship all our orders the same or next business day the order was placed. Sometimes, you may expect a slight delay of 2 days. We have a 99% same day shipping rate. On average your order will be shipped the next business day. Please note that an order placed on Friday will ship on Monday as we don’t ship on non-business days.
