Return Policy
If you wish to make a return or exchange, contact Go Computer Supplies customer service at support@gocomputersupplies.com within 30 days of purchase. In addition to your contact information please be prepared with your order number, and reason for return.
THE FOLLOWING MAY BE RETURNED FOR CREDIT
- Defective/ damaged goods
- Non-defective/ damaged goods in unopened box

- Items damaged in transit must be reported at the time of delivery. A note must be made on the carrier
delivery record for exact exchange only
ALL REFUND REQUESTS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECIEVING YOUR ORDER. AFTER 30 DAYS CONSULT THE MANUFACTURER FOR WARRANTY INFORMATION.
Pending approval of Go Computer Supplies you will be issued a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number, which you must include with your returned items. The returned merchandise must include both the original invoice and Merchandise Authorization number, returned in the condition in which it arrived, and in its original packaging. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Customers are responsible for freight charges, except in the case of a shipping error on the part of Go Computer Supplies. In such cases, a pre-paid postage label will be sent to you within 3 business days of the return request.
EXCHANGES are processed as new orders; a replacement item will be shipped immediately and credit will be issued upon return of the original item.
REFUND CREDIT: minus a 20% restocking fee, is issued upon return or refused orders. Please allow 3 business days after receipt of return for credit to register on your account.
